Visiting cultural places is one of the most interesting and enjoyable things to do on holiday break.
For my project I have found a pie chart, illustrating the most popular cultural holiday destinations in Russia. In this essay I am going to analyse the data and present my opinion on the subject of the project.
According to the statistics, the majority of the people prefer to go to St. Petersburg to spend holidays visiting popular places. (56%). Less than a quarter of the respondents (12%) would visit The Gold Ring on cultural holiday break . The percentage of the people who would come to Veliky Novgorod on holidays to see famous places is much smaller - only 3%
However, it is worth mentioning that the number of the respondents who prefer to spend holiday time in Moscow (22%) is two times higher than those who would go to The Golden Ring (12%) for the same aim. It is not surprising because in Moscow it is possible to find entertainment for any age and interests which is cannot be said about The Golden Ring.
One problem that can arise with cultural holidays is that the popular places one would like to visit may not be open on some days .The best way of solving this problem is to check the working hours and weekdays of the place on the internet in advance.
In conclusion, from my viewpoint, the most attractive cultural holiday destination in Russia is St.Petersburg because It has a unique architecture and atmosphere.
